I bought the Unreal Deal Pack thing on Steam today (which includes Unreal Gold, Unreal 2: The Awakening, Unreal Tournament, Unreal Tournament 2004, and Unreal Tournament III, all for $40. A damn good deal if you ask me.). So far I've only played Unreal Gold, but I'm getting ready to play UTIII. I got it for the PS3 from GameFly about a week ago, and I really liked it.
So far, Unreal Gold seems to be a lot like Half-Life (which makes sense, since HL was made using the Unreal Engine), so that's a plus. The textures aren't as good or anything, but that's to be expected. One thing that I find a little strange is that there's no consistency in the levels length-wise. Some levels take me five minutes, some take me forty-five. Oh, well, it seems to be a good game anyway.
I'm off to play some UTIII.
